Healthy YOU Showcase: 
Featured Five People Strive for Better Health…

StillPointe was pleased to be the sponsor of the Healthy YOU exhibit and stage at the
Women’s Showcase on October 11, 2008 at the St. Cloud Civic Center.

We featured five people who are participating in our FirstLine Therapy program, as they work toward their goals of better health, increased muscle, weight reduction and more energy. During the next few months, participants will take classes and enjoy services provided by our showcase co-sponsors:

Our mutual goal was to “showcase” the project participants and to inspire others (like YOU) to develop healthy lifestyles.  The showcase was not a contest.  It was a way to demonstrate strategies that improve life balance and optimal health -- and to have fun in the process!

FREE interactive health screenings were provided all day. 
There were Two FREE presentations:  Throw Out the Scale and Be Healthy for Life.   
We provided prevention and intervention tips for: 
Heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, weight issues and metabolic syndrome, osteoarthritis and osteoporosis, stress-related disorders, fibromyalgia and fatigue disorders, and PMS/menopause. 

We followed participants’ progress up to the presentation at the Women’s Showcase. If you were unable to attend the Women's Showcase, please call and we would be happy to meet with you to discuss how FirstLine Therapy can help you - as it did our 5 featured participants.
