CranioSacral Therapy

CranioSacral Therapy (C.S.T.) is a gentle, non-invasive, hands-on technique, which encourages balance of the nervous system to improve the functioning of the brain and spinal cord. The CranioSacral system includes the brain, spine, and sacrum which are all connected by a continuous membrane of the body’s deepest fascia or connective tissue, known as the Dura, which houses the brain and the central nervous system.
